Add on a food processor, juicer and later on a dehydrator to really expand your reportoire.

Fermented foods make up an essential part of a plant based diet.
I credit using fermented foods for playing a big part in healing my systemic candida. Now I make sure they are a staple in my fridge so I can eat them every day, and for your optimal health, especially for gut health I recommend you start adding in fermented foods too.
