The BEST Tahini Salad Dressing is really a Coriander & Basil Tahini Salad Dressing Elixir – A Heavy Metal Detox In A Dressing!

If you watched my recent video sent to my subscriber base on how to read food labels in the supermarket you would have learnt the tricks food manufacturers use to create food like products and stick a ‘natural’ label on them.

They will always use the lowest cost ingredients and fill it with numbers and flavours to make it taste ‘nice’ yet do nothing but add inflammation to your body.

Store bought salad dressing is no exception.

I’ve specifically chosen ingredients in this dressing to help address heavy metals in the body and help support a healthy gut, lower inflammation and make your more alkaline.

The hero ingredient is the Tahini, chock full of good fats, antioxidants, vitamins, especially calcium, it’s nut free so is a brilliant replacement for nut butters or other fats & oils that are not so good for us.

If there is ONE salad dressing you will ever only make, it’s this one.

Ingredients:

  • Bunch coriander – helps pull heavy metals

  • Bunch basil

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 2T tahini

  • 2T coconut syrup or honey

  • 1T miso paste – good for your gut & also detoxifying

  • 2T sesame oil

  • 1/2C water to blend

Method:

Add all ingredients to a  high powered blender and blend until smooth.

Use over your favorite salads, buddah bowls, baked vegetables and anything where you want to add goodness to your body and to your day!
