Easter Love Sugar Free Caramel Chocolates


We all love Easter, but our waistlines – not so much! So here at The Raw Food Kitchen we have created our delicious Easter Love Sugar Free Caramel Chocolates so you can indulge without the guilt or bloat!

Completely sugar free and very low GI! Optional: Add a touch more salt for a Salted Caramel experience!

Enjoy and Happy Easter to you and your loved ones!

Makes  approx. 24 chocolates depending on size of moulds.



  • 1/4 cup Cacao Powder
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
  • 6 drops Stevia
  • A pinch mineral salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Mesquite Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • 8 drops Medicine Flower Caramel (optional)


Place the mesquite, cacao powder and coconut oil in a double boiler and over a low heat, stir until just combined. Remove from heat. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Adjust to taste. Pour into chocolate moulds and place into the freezer for about 20 minutes to set. Serve from the freezer and serve with love!
