This Bloody Mary Thai Style Savoury Green Smoothie is a big twist on the original Bloody Mary. Spinach is rich in chlorophyll and coriander removes heavy metals in the body.

Garlic is anti-inflammatory and immune boosting. The zing of lime is alkalising.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 bunch coriander
  • 3 vine ripened tomatoes
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • Stevia to sweeten
  • 1/2 red capsicum
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Juice of one whole lime
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • Filtered water
  • Pinch himalayan sea salt
  • Optional: 3 sundried tomatoes – soaked to soften

Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend with approx 1 and a half cups of filtered water. You can add ice cubes if you wish to have a colder smoothie. Adjust to taste and drink immediately.
