St Patrick’s Day Smoothie

This St Patrick’s Day smoothie is a lovely way to start the day with refreshing mint and green apple. If you want to add more fruit, go for it! This would be nice with a couple of pears or watermelon thrown in.

Ingredients:

  •  2 leaves Kale
  • 1/2 bunch mint
  • 1 green apple roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Stevia to sweeten
  • Filtered water
  • Pinch Himalayan sea salt

Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend with approx 750ml or 1L of filtered water. You can add ice cubes if you wish to have a colder smoothie.
