Start your day right with an indulgent smoothie that is actually good for you. Super high in antioxidants, minerals and vitamins. Calcium too and good fats.
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 2 tablespoons nut butter
- 1 -2 tablespoons hemp protein powder
- Handful of blueberries
- Handful of goji berries
- 2 tablespoons Yacon Syrup or sweetner of your choice
- Few drops Stevia for added sweetness if desired
- 1 heaped tablespoon cacao
- 1 teaspoon raw organic coconut oil
Put all into a blender and blend. Drink immediately. A great meal replacement or breakfast drink.
