“I’m really excited by Amanda’s Raw Transformation Program and look forward to referring many of my clients to it.
As a naturopath, I see food as being fundamental to providing a foundation of health that allows you to live your life to its full potential and be the best version of yourself.

As Hippocrates (father of natural health) versed: Let food be thy medicine and medicine be they food. And this is the perfect program to demonstrate how.

The Raw transformation is a comprehensive resource that not only gives people easy and tasty meal guidelines to follow, but sensible and relevant health information that is needed when people are making a lifestyle change to the way they are eating.

  • Amanda addresses all aspects of health In her program:
the physical side of food; what to eat and how to shop and prepare
  • The mental aspect of how to approach such a transition and how to sustain it in a busy life, and
  • The emotional element of how a raw way of eating will bring you better connection, not just with yourself but with nature and the world as a whole.

Through this program you are gaining a valuable education that will enhance all aspects of your life. Amanda has covered all of the important factors here to consider when embarking on a diet change. She gives clear warnings of what to look out for while you are transitioning and sound advice of how to deal with any symptoms that may arise during the program.

I highly recommend this program to anyone who may be suffering from long-term digestive issues, chronic inflammatory conditions, hormonal issues, fatigue, or anyone who feels that their current diet is not giving them the ‘get up and go’ that they deserve.”
